Our Team

Charlotte has been in the dental field since 1986. She completed her Registered Dental Assisting program at San Jose Community College. She moved to Austin in 1993. She’s been with the practice since 1999. She loves helping people through her job and working alongside plenty of wonderful people too.

Charlotte has two grown sons and enjoys spending time with them and her husband. Her hobbies include running, traveling and shopping.

Jennifer was born and raised in Austin, Texas.  She has been a Dental Hygienist since 2009 and has enjoyed working with Dr. Augustine throughout her dental career. Jennifer takes pride in helping her patients overcome their fears and making dental visits comfortable.  One of her favorite aspects of her job is helping her patients achieve the healthy smile that they desire.

When she is not at work, Jennifer enjoys staying active and spending time with her friends and family.

Initially a Chicagoland area native, I began my journey as a dental assistant 23 years ago with the US Navy. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to hone in my skills in many aspects of dentistry. Having joined Dr Augustine’s office in 2021, I feel very fortunate to be a part of this team! When not dental assisting, I spend time working on home related projects and hanging out with my two ragdoll cats.

After growing up in Chicago, Jayce made the move to Austin in 2015 and started her career as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2016. She has recently become a valued member of Dr. Augustine’s team, where she takes pride in forming meaningful connections with her patients and providing them with top-notch care. When not at work Jayce likes to spend time with her son and she is also learning how to play the guitar.
